Please upload the original photos/images used in your artwork so we can see if we can sharpen and enhance your image quality. If you don’t have access to the images, or if we can not improve the quality of supplied images, we will notify you and you have the option of us replacing it with similar stock photos if you wish.

Of course. We convert files to CMYK for digital printing. RGB is a colour space designed for digital display which means colours may appear more vibrant on screen. Please note that when converting to CMYK, some of these colours may look less vivid as the ink is laid on paper.

We will work with whatever file you have available. We can add bleed to jpeg files, however, If we find that making the necessary changes during prepress will impact your design, another option will be for us to re-create your artwork ($99) so that you have a PDF version that is print ready.

Of course. We can re-create the artwork for you. Please select ARTWORK RESET from our Services, fill in the form and upload a scan or photo of each side of the brochure as best as you can. We will do our best to match the fonts and colours or use a font that is close to your original. If there are images in your artwork that you can not supply, we will select stock images to match the existing.

Yes. We can re-draw your existing logo, even if it only exists on paper. Just provide us with a scan or good quality photo of what you have so we can work from it. You can select LOGO RE-DRAW from our Services, fill in the form and upload as many references as you can of your logo.
If your logo only exists in a poor quality format where we find visibility is an issue and hard to decipher, we will be in touch with you to discuss other options.
